These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the IPTV Smarters website and subscription service. By ordering or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The service

IPTV Smarters provides access to an IPTV streaming service and player application. Subscriptions give you a login to access channels and on-demand content on supported devices.

Subscriptions & payment

Subscription prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is taken at the time of order, and your login is delivered by email after payment, usually within minutes.

Free trial

We may offer a 24-hour free trial so you can test the Service. Trials are for evaluation only and may be limited to one per customer.

Acceptable use & content

You are responsible for how you use the Service and for the content you choose to stream, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. The Service must not be used for any unlawful purpose.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, your internet connection or factors outside our control may affect availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Smarters is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here.
